We had the honor of attending the recent inauguration of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at Vrije Basisschool Boekt in Heusden-Zolder. This essential life-saving equipment, financed by Rezinal, is now available 24/7 at Reitveld 7, serving 420 students and 38 teachers.
This project, part of the broader AED school initiatives led by vzw HeartSaver under the expert guidance of Prof. Dr. Pedro Brugada, is a testament to our commitment to community safety and health. The installation outside the school ensures that the AED is accessible not just to students and staff but to the entire community in emergencies.
